These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Numinai application operated by Think Latitude.

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Numinai, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

Entertainment Purposes

All oracle readings, energy readings, dream interpretations, and other content generated by Numinai are provided for entertainment and personal reflection purposes only. They are not intended as professional, medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. You should not rely on Numinai's outputs for making important life decisions.

Subscriptions & Payments

  • Numinai operates on a freemium model with optional paid subscriptions.
  • Subscriptions are managed through RevenueCat and processed via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
  • Subscription terms, pricing, and renewal policies are as displayed at the time of purchase.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings.

User Content

You retain ownership of content you create within the app, including dream journal entries and selfie photos. By using the app, you grant Think Latitude a limited license to process this content solely for providing the app's services.

Limitation of Liability

Numinai and its services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Think Latitude shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the application.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cook County, Illinois.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
