Think Latitude ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Numinai mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Information We Collect

  • Selfie Photos: Used for energy readings. Photos are processed via AI (Google Gemini API) and are not stored permanently on our servers.
  • Dream Journal Entries: Text entries you create within the app to record and decode your dreams.
  • Oracle Reading History: Records of your tarot, astrology, numerology, and I Ching readings.
  • Account Information: Email address and authentication data managed through Firebase Authentication.

How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and personalize AI-powered oracle readings and interpretations.

Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA) Disclosure

If you use the Selfie Energy Reading feature, Numinai may capture and transmit your facial imagery ("biometric data") to generate an AI-powered energy analysis. This section provides the disclosures required by the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act (740 ILCS 14), as Think Latitude is based in Cook County, Illinois.

What Biometric Data We Collect

When you use the Selfie Energy Reading feature, the app captures a photograph of your face. This facial imagery is transmitted to the Google Gemini API for AI-powered energy analysis. We do not extract, create, or store biometric identifiers (such as facial geometry templates, faceprints, or scans) from your photographs.

Purpose of Collection

Your facial imagery is collected solely to provide the Selfie Energy Reading feature — an AI-generated interpretation of your energy, vitality, and emotional state based on visual cues in your photograph.

Retention and Destruction

Selfie photographs are transmitted to the Google Gemini API for real-time processing and are not stored permanently on our servers or in your account data. Images are discarded immediately after the AI analysis is complete and the reading is generated. We do not maintain a database of facial imagery. In no event shall biometric data be retained for longer than necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, and in all cases it is destroyed within 24 hours of capture or when the initial purpose has been satisfied, whichever occurs first.

Consent

Before using the Selfie Energy Reading feature for the first time, you will be presented with an in-app consent notice. By tapping "I Agree," you provide your informed, written consent to the collection and use of your facial imagery as described in this policy. You may decline consent, in which case the Selfie Energy Reading feature will not be available to you. You may revoke consent at any time by contacting us at thinklatitude@gmail.com.

Disclosure to Third Parties

Your facial imagery is transmitted to Google (Gemini API) solely for the purpose of generating your energy reading. We do not sell, lease, trade, or otherwise profit from your biometric data. We do not disclose biometric data to any other third party unless required by law, pursuant to a valid warrant or subpoena, or with your explicit written consent.

Your Rights Under BIPA

Under the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act (740 ILCS 14), you have the right to:

  • Be informed of the collection and storage of your biometric data;
  • Provide informed, written consent prior to collection;
  • Know the specific purpose and length of time for which your biometric data is being collected, stored, and used;
  • Request deletion of your biometric data; and
  • Bring a private right of action for violations of BIPA.

Security

We protect biometric data using industry-standard security measures, including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) for all data transmitted between the app, our servers, and third-party APIs. Access to any temporarily held imagery is restricted to automated systems required for processing.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with the third-party services listed above to provide core app functionality.

Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at thinklatitude@gmail.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
